Gratitude List 27/05/2019

As I sat in the garden I practiced some mindful meditation – focusing on what I can feel, hear, see and smell.

Today I am grateful for the clouds above, ever reminding me of the planet I am sitting on.

Today I am grateful for glimpses of sun that bring warmth to my skin.

Today I am grateful for the sound of the birds singing and the flapping of their wings.

Today I am grateful for the sparrows who seem to be doing a little dance in the plant covered floor.

Today I am grateful for the sound of buzzing bees feeding off the Fairy Glove’s pollen.

Today I am grateful for the feeling of my feet on the ground, connecting with the earth.

Today I am grateful for the fresh air going through my nose and down to my lungs.

Today I am grateful for the smell of the freshly washed washing on the line.

Today I am grateful for my aching body after a second session at the gym.

Today I am grateful for the serenity in my heart and mind.

Today I am grateful I remembered to take the food out of the oven!!!!
